Mechanics

DU is proposing launching "Puppies." The current plan is to give these to people who own a level 5+ Dog and that each Puppy will also be able to earn $BOOM at a rate greater than 5x per Dog. This is to realign the incentives to $BOOM Dogs and make sure it's beneficial, rather than harmful, to have Dogs of level 5 and above.

Community Input

DU is opening the floor in Steakholder and Dog Bar for ideas. These ideas should include:

1. How long before the snapshot is taken
2. The rate at which Puppies should earn $BOOM (5x? 6x? 7x? More?)
3. Contests for Puppy traits
4. How Puppies should be related to their Level 5+ parent

There will be contests held for the best ideas for Puppy traits. Wait until we have more details before out before sharing your best ideas!

Constraints

• DU cannot offer Puppies for Dogs Level 2 - 4 (Tech complexity)
• Puppies cannot Boom with each other or other Dogs (Tech complexity)
